After living and working all over the country, we bring a unique perspective to real estate in Western Colorado. Since establishing ourselves in the Grand Valley in 2001 we have come to appreciate all that the area has to offer. Our family has skied every mountain from Winter Park to Durango, and ridden almost every road from Moab to Denver. Whether we’re pedaling up the Monument, skiing on the Mesa or looking at the beautiful starlit night sky we don’t let a day go by without appreciating the beauty of the region. It’s hard to say what we love best about the area. It is absolutely incredible to be able to marvel at the natural beauty of our valley nestled between the Mesa, Monument and the Bookcliffs. Maybe it’s just the warm and friendly nature of the people that we call our neighbors.
